Maxim Nyansa, founded in 2016, is an NGO specialized in IT and education. We offer integrated IT solutions for junior high schools and training centers for young IT graduates.

Our name means “maximal wisdom” and our logo – a classic Ghanaian Adinkra symbol - literally means “climbing the right tree”.

Our Vision
We have the ambition to launch training programs all over West-Africa to equip young IT graduates to equip them with affordable practical training and career coaching, and to help them to find jobs.
In close collaboration with local communities we also want to introduce learning transformation programs for high schools all over West-Africa.

Our Mission
It is our mission to create a career perspective for young Africans with the use of information technology. We believe it is possible to equip and prepare them for the new African job market, giving them access to valuable and affordable practical resources and training.

We have two different activities.
• Training for Young IT professionals: We have a training center for the IT graduates from underprivileged background in Ghana. We give them additional practical training and help them to find a quality job in ICT. Our center also provides international certification exams allowing young people to skill themselves in IT in an affordable way.
• Learning Transformation: Our learning transformation programs for schools are an integrated method to help schools in the ECOWAS region to improve the quality of their learning process through the introduction of ICT. By providing digital training and infrastructure to deprived areas we help young people to prepare for the job market of the future.

Stanley Dankyira is the Director and CO-Founder of Maxim Nyansa.

For other net participants we can offer overnight facilities. Also we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of ICT and education West Africa.
