We believe that investing in under-privileged people changes the world for generations to come. The foundation seeks to uplift the standards of living of people with programs directly targeting youth, women and children by focusing on the areas of advocacy, livelihoods and research and by placing people at the forefront of sustainable development.

• Climate Smart Agriculture: Rural Smart and Urban Smart Organic Farming to sustainably increase agricultural productivity and the incomes of agricultural producers and to strengthen the capacities of agricultural communities to adopt better CSA Practices
• Women Empowerment: WDF has already mobilized and recruited rural women from different villages in Mayuge district as the foundation has organized some of these women into self-help groups and encouraged them to engage in various socio-economic activities; however, we are lacking resources to further goals of this initiative.
• Skill Development: Provision of transferable industrial and technical, agribusiness, business and life skills development and training to participating young people, women and students.

• Child Protection: Caring Hands Initiative - Training parents and gurdians on the benefits of good health and education for children through Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) Trainings; Creating strong relationships between parents and childre through Parental Child Focused Trainings; Providing simple Hands on training to children say how to make different and adorable handcrafts like table mats, table clothes, glass mats, decorations among others.
• TEENS Talk: WDF also pays great attention to children as the flag bearers of the tomorrow nation. Children should be clearly heard and understood by the community and country at large through providing the relevant basic needs like food, shelter to specifically street children, education, healthcare and other needs like sanitary towels for girls.
Research – Monitoring and Evaluation: WDF aims at implementing evidance based programs that involves collection of community people’s views concerning the kind of solutions they need. This is performed through baseline surveys to ensure collection of correct information to guide in proper projections of ideas in implementing programs with a greater impact.

Campaigns
• Rising rural women: Create access to social and economic opportunities towards empowering Women in our communities of Uganda.
• Slum life: We have initiated programs tailored towards improving and promoting the aspects of access to clean water, promoting good sanitation practices, environmental conservation and climate action tailored towards improving the lives of informal settlement dwellers
• Plant a tree: This campaign was established as a way to raise awareness about climate change and how to respond to global warming. We focus on communities by promoting positive environmental behaviour and facilitating the sustainable growth of these Greening Communities.
