About us

Life and Peace Development Organization (LAPDO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization focused on enhancing processes towards the provision of quality life and peace for sustainable development. LAPDO was registered with the Ekiti State Government in 2004 and Ondo State Government in 2007 respectively an office in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. It has also satisfactorily fulfilled the entire requirement for registration as an organization prepared to work for the social and economic advancement of Nigeria (CAC in April 2008 with Certificate No CAC/IT/NO 27548).
The organization scope covers governance and rights issues and environmental and reproductive health, water and sanitation. We always aim at participating in the provision of information, education and mobilization of Nigerians towards active participation and involvement in ensuring availability and access to quality and sustainable life and peace.

Mission
To contribute to the emergence of a Nigerian State that promotes actions towards a strong economic and stable socio-political environment aimed at poverty reduction towards providing quality life and sustainable peace for Nigerians.

Vision
A Nigerian state that assures quality life and secure peace through a strong economic and a stable socio-political environment that reduces poverty.

Goal
To advocate for Nigerians’ participation and access to a strong economic and stable socio-political environment aimed at poverty reduction towards enhancing quality life and sustainable peace.

Franklin Oloniju is the Executive Director of Life & Peace Development Organization (LAPDO).
