Über uns

Ladli Foundation, founded in 2012, is a grassroots-level non-profit organization known for implementing highly impactful & innovative social initiatives to uplift vulnerable people in urban & rural slums. The organization is granted special consultative status in United Nations ECOSOC and conferred with the National Award by Govt. of India for directly serving over one million beneficiaries through its action-research-based projects by promoting sustainable living for achieving UN SDGs.

Mission
Ladli Foundation has a mission to build a safe, gender-neutral, and inclusive society. It aims to enable access to Primary Healthcare, Education, Skill Training, and opportunities by focusing on bringing a reformative change in the mindsets of the society.

Vision
It envisions the idea to break the taboos and adopt a safe, secure & sustainable living that upholds women's reproductive rights in our society by sensitizing the male population to become promoters of Gender Equality

• Project Punar-Utthan (Resurgence): Skill training & employment for women who lost their bread earners in Covid-19 Pandemic
• Project - Swabhimaan (Dignity): A holistic development program for women domestic workers
• Project E-Pathanshala with Byju's: Free distribution of digital educational devices for marginalized students
• Pathan Shala: An initiative to provide basic education to street children, ragpickers & child beggars at Red-Light Crossings & Slums
• Project - Samadhan (Solution): A comprehensive Community Development Program
• Saheli Program: A unique primary healthcare programme designed to eradicate anaemia and sensitize about holistic development of females in rural & urban slums
• Project – Menstrushala: Menstrual practices for slum females and educating them about MHM, WASH and other sensitive issues
• Ladli Kanya Pujan: An innovative project to achieve UN SDGs in India by involving the masses to support for girls health and education by catering their traditional beliefs
• Run For Ladli Half Marathon: A revolutionary mega initiative to involve male population to support the cause of Gender Equality and women safety
• Josh- Making India Drugs & Crime Free: Diverting young minds and delinquents from substance abuse & crimes
• Shagun Program: Giving a new life to socially victimized women through unique mass weddings.
• Project - Navinikaran (Renovation): For providing safe and hygienic toilets in slum schools
• Rahat Seva: Support to give milk for newborns of domestic workers who lost jobs in pandemic
