Ravenstvo (in english Equality) - The Union of People with Disabilities was founded in 2014 in the Kyrgyz Repúblic with the aim to protect the rights of people with disabilities and to promote the employment of women with disabilities.

Our mission is to protect the rights and interests of persons with disabilities and to introduce the ideas of independent life and human rights-based approach to disability.

The objectives of the organization:
• Increased activity of people with disabilities
• Changing attitudes to disability and disability in women’s influence on the state policy in the field of gender and disability

The values of the organization are diversity and equality.

Programs:
• Promoting the employment of women with disabilities: To promote the employment of women with disabilities through training professional knowledge, develop skills necessary for employment, the formation of a positive image of women professionals.

Kazakunova Gulmira Kantinovna is the Chairman of the NGO Ravenstvo (in english Equality) - The Union of People with Disabilities.

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
