LOK KALYAN SEVA KENDRA (LKSK) is a NGO registered in 2003 and based at Devinagar of Pakur district of West Bengal which is working among the local disadvantage community with a vision to form an enlightment & empowered society through education, health awareness community based income generation programme.
LKSK is committed to decide a set of activities and inputs such as eradication of literacy, poverty, social abuse, migration, trafficking, child labour, child marriage etc.

Vision:
Establish a progressive society where people will leave with peace, dignity, prevail gender equity, self-reliance, mutual help and environment to ensure child rights for sustained growth and development.

Mission:
Promotion of sustainable livelihood and self-reliance through educating and empowering the rural People as a liberating force to access control over resources to achieve social justice and growth with a focus on children and adolescents.

Strategy:
• Strengthen Community Based Organization (CBOs).
• Foster and promote Child Rights in our working area.
• Empowerment of women and adolescent girls through formation of "Nari Manch" (Women organization).
• Form and promote “"uva Manch" (Youth groups) and empowered them through education and training.
• Organize meeting, camp, training, workshop and seminar.
• Ensure people´s participation to manage Natural resources.
• Networking with other NGOs and Development organizations.
• Linkage with Govt. Departments and Autonomous Institutions.
• Learning through demonstration, exposure visits and sharing of experience.
