Indus Community Empowerment Foundation (ICEF) Sindh is a nonprofit, non government organization (NGO), established in 2010. ICEF has two offices: one at Hyderabad and the other at Sukkur. ICEF is working mostly for the disadvantaged segment of society without any distinction of color, caste, creed, sect and politics (secular).

Our work
ICEF works in the thematic areas of education, health, human institutional development, social mobilization, environment, and especially focused on women and children´s education and rights; they are the most vulnerable segment of the society.
ICEF has activating in the field of community development, charity activities, welfare, capacity building and advocacy process for the favor of the vulnerable communities especially for women and children.
ICEF main thrust is upon building human capacities to improve livelihood conditions. This will be done by providing services of microfinance as an alternate option of livelihood, skill development of deprived communities in terms of training and input support, sustainable development through applying diverse approach.
ICEF believe on the sustainable development can be possible by uplifting the deprived communities through providing them opportunities becoming gathered on one platform and identified and address their core issues. ICEF will involve the local communities in this process by a well designed social mobilization process.

Khadim Ali Shah is the chairman at the Indus Community Empowerment Foundation (ICEF).

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
