About us

www.cpsabuse.org provides support and advocacy to families falsely accused of child abuse. Its mission is to empower parents and children by providing education. cpsabuse also strives to shine the spotlight on Child Protective Services - the public has the right to know about misuses of public funds ? and the violations of civil rights that occur every day of the year.

Family advocacy services are available to Georgia families who are falsely accused of child abuse, and who have an open case with DFACS and/or the Juvenile Court.
Advocacy services are free, but there are paperwork requirements that must be completed in order to receive services. The required paperwork includes a statment that the family is innocent of child abuse/neglect/deprivation.

For other net participants we can offer expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, deliver a lecture, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of family rights.
