Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan NGO (YCCD NGO) was established in 2006 and registered in 2008 on the basis of volunteerism of some young people with 4-5 years working experience in NGO sector.

YCCD NGO is a non-governmental organization with the mission to increase civic participation of young people for the community development. In order to meet this task the NGO has been implementing the educational and Youth development programs. The YCCD NGO works with local, regional, national and international organizations and foundations.

The main activities of the YCCD NGO include the spheres of Non formal education, Environment, Journalism, Culture, Sports and Civic Participation with different target groups (children, youth, students, and teachers).
The main target group of our NGO is the young men and women aged between 13 and 30, who are living in the rural communities of Armenia, especially in the Northern regions (Tavush, Lori and Shirak) and have different educational, social, family and professional background

Activities:
• YCCD NGO regularly carries out events of different nature, such as international trainings, citywide holidays, exhibition-sales, etc.
• Trainings (local and international): YCCD NGO offers courses on the following topics (Strategy development, Fundraising, Project structure design, Project management, etc), tools to help CSOs and other enterprises improve their performance.
• International Volunteer Programs: YCCD NGO being a host, sending and accrediting organization of the European Voluntary Service (EVS), can provide the following services: • Send Armenian volunteers to Europe; Host European Volunteers; Organize International Trainings; Organize exchange programs; Send Armenian volunteers to participate in trainings and exchange programs-
• Free Regular Courses: English courses for beginners; Conversational English courses; German courses for beginners; Conversational German courses; European clubs (every week a European country is presented with its culture, history, geography, cuisine, etc.);Sewing practical exercises

Aida Atabekyan is the local Program Manager of Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan NGO (YCCD).

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
