Über uns
At Musha Care Foundation , we give people from all around the world the opportunity to come to Kenya experience our country and our culture, and work and make a difference in the lives of our children. Musha Care Foundation is a registered trust. It was established in 2010.
Our mission is to work with relevant sectors of society in order to empower the vulnerable communities and enable them to build a better life for them.
Our Goal is simple, to provide our children with love, support and the means to make a better life for themselves.
Our work
• We work with Likoni Orphanage and schools in Kenya, helping with a foster care support program, counseling sessions and education.
• The orphanage in Kenya takes full responsibility of these children by providing medical care, food, education, clothing, bedding and shelter.
• Additional to that the trust also offers psychosocial support to reduce stigma associated with these children. Orphans living in utmost poverty, abandoned children, destitute, neglected children, victims of cruelty, physical, psychological and sexually abused are carefully selected and assisted by the organization.
Projects:
• School Education and Child Support Centre: Located in one of the poorest regions of Mombasa in Kenya.Likoni Orphanage operates as both a school and child support centre, working with over 70 children living in the nearby area. It is the main project affiliated with Musha Care and is where our volunteers spend most of their time. The orphanage and centre supports the less priviledged children in Likoni in Mombasa , providing them with a holistic education as well as support and care for the children, giving them a safe place to play and interact with others.
• We also support vulnerabile women in Kenya.
Andrew Sadziwa is the Director & Country Coordinator of Musha Care Foundation (MCF).
