Mutual Generation of Tanzania (MGT) is an autonomous, non-partisan, non-religious and non-political association based on non-profit making, voluntary and social association. MGT is the NGO which is registered to operate in Tanzania mainland, providing social education and services under the foundations of love to all,peace,mutual respect and caring heart to ensure the generation sustenance.

Vision statement:
A Tanzania where all people responsively embrace the spirit of love to all, respect, justice, peace maintenance, Hard-working, Innovation, invention and Experimentation.

Mission Statement:
To facilitate through various means the social development and good morals updating generation after generation, creativity in designing economic ways to earn better life and interacting one another in a safe for the success of people in Tanzania.

Objectives:
• To promote and facilitate the social development and ethical value education in Tanzania.
• To facilitate and encourage self reliance education
• To promote and improve social services.
• To promote and encourage social welfare equal subjection to all social groups including special groups which need special care.
• To advocate for conservation and proper utilization of natural resources.
• To perform any further action(s) deemed necessary and appropriate to safeguard and promote better living standards of the community including legal and ethical means to the physical, mental and emotional well being of the beneficiaries of this organization.

Elia Mwigah is the Executive Director of Mutual Generation of Tanzania (MGT).

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
