About us

Marksman Welfare Society was established by a team of committed people with the objective, to establish a just and equitable society. Marksman is working with the down trodden women and street children in the Jharkhand state with the objective, to empower them and make them self reliant.

Vision :
To establish a just society based on the value of equality, justice, democracy and brotherhood; where no one remains hungry, illiterate, exploited, homeless and deprived from fundamental rights. We are committed to influence the agenda, processes, programmes, initiatives and actions of the government, private sector and civil society to make them inclusive, representative and accountable. We are committed to ensuring that Dalits are respected, encouraged and included in the scheme of things, existing or in the future.

Mission
Through effective presence with the poor and marginalized accompanying them as they empower themselves and affirm their dignity leading to fullness of life.Integrity to work leads to a better, secure and sustainable future of the community. We are honest and fair partners to our stakeholders. Promoting equal dignity of all, encouraging inclusion and striving for justice are the triple gems that we would like to have as key to our responsibility.

We value the help and support of our solidarity organisations and agencies. We, however, consider that we need to lead through enterprise and innovation. We encourage initiatives, scholarship and orientation to creative solutions. No problem is too big, provided we know the problem well and have patience, industry and commitment to find the solution.

Community Partnership (Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights) with the partnership of CINI, Jharkhand.

Health
The healthcare industry in the country, which comprises hospital and allied sectors, is projected to grow 23 per cent per annum. According to McKinsey & Co. a leading industrial and management.

For other net participants we can offer overnight facilities. Further we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff and deliver a lecture in the following fields: women empowerment and rehabilitation of child labour. We are able to support in the field of micro credit and skill upgradation.
