Rural Poor Empowerment Rupoem (RUPOEM) Trust, registered in 2000, is an indian NGO and its parent organaisation is PaulFoundation.

Our vision
RUPOEM visualized a society-poverty free, socially, economically self-reliant and conscious about basic rights and human dignity.

Our mission
• To reach last person of the society for their up liftment of the life style self employment.
• To create awareness among people in all aspect for their happiness.
• Participation and performance of any work with spiritual team.
• Entire india urban or rural where work focus on development.

We are working and assist the needy and neglected people at grass root level and find access to sustain in the society with due dignity.
Therefore we will take all necessary initiatives /measurer towards empowerment and self-determinations of community people enabling them to solve their own socio-economic problems by themselves towards poverty elevation.

• Four vocational training to different self help groups on making pickle on mahua, herbal phenyl different flavor.
• Tree plantation programme
• HIV/AIDS Awareness programme
• Farmers training program
• Reproductive child health program
• Child labor program
• Leadership training for dalits

Muthuvel Jothivel is the Chairman of Rural Poor Empowerment Rupoem (RUPOEM) Trust.
