The RISPA Foundation, founded in 2015, is a registered NPO in South Africa.

Our aim is to unite, rise and empower women in the Republic of South Africa by developing skills and seek to empower them especially those who are in and not yet in leadership.

Our mission
To empower women of all spheres and dimension to fight against poverty and to build them to be strong individuals that are able to build and carry the nation

We seek:
• To empower and capacitate women in leadership to be able to deal with new challenges of new era in their families, church life and beyond.
• To address the issues of poverty alleviation and to advance the women to spearhead the economic and leadership empowerment.
• To give birth to the inner strength and beauty that lays within women posses.
• Encourage GOD fearing, kingdom minded, business orientated women.

Activities:
• We seek to provide guidance and comfort to all people through visiting houses, conferences and workshops.
• Our work involves exposing and empowering women in all dimensions and spheres of life, ensuring that women have a real voice in all governance institutions from judiciary to the civil service in society, as well as in private sectors in turn influence in decision making to determine the future of their families and country.
• We do and engage in outreach activities such as: feeding schemes, donating to the needy and those that can´t afford, and taking care of the old age.
• We co-ordinate local, national and global effort to integrate women empowerment into poverty reduction, democratic governance and social growth.

Sbongile Ntshulane is the Founder of the RISPA Foundation.

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
