The Karaikal Mobility Training and Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind (KMTRCB), established in 1991, is a non-governmental organization. It is rendering services to the public through its ETR programme. Education, Training and Rehabilitation are its major activities. At present KMTRCB is promoting the HIV/AIDS care and support project, the community based rehabilitation and solid waste management programme.

V.J.P.P Jayachandran is the executive secretay of KMTRCB.

For other net participants we can offer overnight facilities. Further we can give an expert guidance through trained staff and an expert opinion, deliver a lecture, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
