The Power Minds Youth Organization (PMYO), registered in 2010, is a youth led youth focused community based Organization with an overall objective of empowering youth, children both male and female between age 10-35 years, women and community sustainable development. This empowerment is a threefold focused i.e. economically, socially and physically.

PMYO implements programs with components of girls or women skills empowerment, reproductive health through advocacy, water sanitation and hygiene programs (WASH), commercial agriculture, promotion of education for sustainable development, environment protection advocacy, sports, music development, inclusive WASH programs for disabled children and elderly. All the above projects are per-designed to help the rural vulnerable communities..

Vision: Empower young people through education, lifetime skills training, entrepreneurship and Community sustainable development.

Mission:
Provide a new generation of dynamic young people by actively providing support to their mini and small scale activities in their communities.

Nicholas Ssenjala is the Founder and Executive Director of the Power Minds Youth Organization (PMYO).
