Integrated Community Development Initiative (ICDI) is a non-governmental, non-profitable and non-political organization established in May,2005 and registered under societies act 1860 in December,2005 with an aim to empower women and youth by promoting their social, technical and economic well-being.
ICDI was founded to undertake various projects with the aim to work for the welfare and benefit of poor communities living in rural & urban areas, of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa so as to improve their overall living condition and quality of life.
We believe in a change not through a radical dynamics of revolution, but to unfold the social issues with positive solutions of social development mechanisms.

Vision
We envision a society with all socio-economic privileges and human development for every stakeholder, leading to prosperity with protection and promotion of all the civil, social and cultural rights for all, especially women and youth.

Mission
An environment open for development opportunities for all, without any discrimination to caste, creed and distinction of gender.
