Tanzania Enlightenment Development Innovations (TEDI) is a Not for Profit Organization registered in 2019 under section 11 (1) and 17 (2) of Act No.24 of 2002. Our focus is to bridge the gap between theories and practices that are needed in the 21st century through integrating practical skills not provided in our normal educational curriculum.

Projects:
• Career Nurturing Programmes: 21st Century Skills Mindset Program: 21st Century skills must be highly emphasized in the curriculum include critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, curiosity, imagination, innovation, self direction, self discipline, adaptability, leadership and cooperation among others.
• Financial Awareness & Financial Literacy: Most people aren’t taught the essential principles to smart money management – the foundation to personal finance knowledge – at home or school. Thus we don’t have proper tools to address everyday money decisions in an informed manner. This jeopardizes our financial and physical wellness, our ability to realistically achieve modest personal and family dreams, let alone enjoy a secure debt-free future.
• Digital Literacy: In this project we equip students from primary level of education the following Digital literacy aspects – Digital awareness , Digital rights, Digital Safety and Security , Digital emotional intelligence, Digital Communications and Opportunities in the digital world.
• Entrepreneurial Programs: Under Entrepreneurial programs we do equip graduates, youths, girls and women on entrepreneurial skills to promote entrepreneurial innovation and competitiveness.

Gloria Anderson is the Executive Director of Tanzania Enlightenment Development Innovations (TEDI).

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, procure expert information and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
