Thiyagam Women Trust is a Non-Profit Organization registered under Charitable Trust Act. Thiyagam provides its service since 2005 to the disabled rural women with care and concern and to empower them to stand on their own feet.

Vision
Economic independence of Physically Challenged Rural Women, leading to a self-contented matured life and every effort will be made to cultivate the spirit of mutual love and service, so that what is realized within the walls of Thiyagam may prove as an example for the right conduct of human life in outside world.

Mission
Empowering the rural women with disabilities to earn their livelihood by creating opportunities for self employment and provide environment to take up the challenges of life in an optimistic way with enthusiasm and will power.

S.J.Amuthashanthy is the Managing Trustee of the Thiyagam Women Trust (TWT).
