Perth Inner City Youth Service (PICYS) provides medium to long term accommodation for young people. It offers detached work within the local area. This includes a wide range of supports, but primarily focus around dual diagnosis (combined issues of problematic drug use and mental health).

PICYS offers support to young families, people identifying with DSGI (diverse sexuality and gender identity), sex workers and anyone else that doesn't seem to "fit in" and gets rejected by other services as too hard.

Recreation activities and camps are part of its support as well as all the usual of counselling, advocacy, mediation, brokerage, transport, life skills etc.
PICYS's vision for young people is, that they will all have the choices, to realise their own potential and make their own special contribution to society. It is committed to work with young people in a non-judgmental and holistic way, which fosters a belief in empowerment, integrity and collaboration, and which provides a safe and secure environment.

For other net participants we can offer an expert guidance through trained staff, give an expert opinion, deliver a lecture and establish new contacts in the field of our work.
